Terms of Service
Commercial rights are not refundable.
Independent VTubers' commercial costs are already included in the pricing.
If the fees are for an institution or corporation, they will be modified accordingly.
I reserve the right to decline and refund your commission at any moment.
After payment has been received, you have no ability to refuse or request a refund from the artist. Full refunds are allowed till the artist shows a work-in-progress.
Payment is due in advance and will be requested via PayPal invoice.
I do not adhere to deadlines unless agreed upon in advance, which will result in fees (Rush Order)
On a situation basis, partial refunds may be provided.
Only order if you have the capacity to do so.
Modifications might be discussed when the artist presents work in progress and solicits comments from the client.
Modification is possible, but will incur additional costs. It is free of charge if there is a technical problem for the rigger.
Rundown
The customer is ordering a digital illustration and will receive both a flat .PNG file and a .PSD file with all components pre-cut (unless otherwise agreed upon). Please keep in mind that this is a digital file that will be sent to you once completed.
Without the specific consent of the artist, the client may not change the artwork (draw over it, trace it, etc.).
Your commission might take up to 1-2 months to complete, depending on my wellbeing and my availability overall. Please keep that in mind when commissioning me!
Payment
Before I can finalize the commission, I must receive full payment from the customer through PayPal invoice; please request a commission only if you already have the funds available.
Partial payments are possible with prior consultation. However, full payment is strongly preferred.The first payment must be made within one week following the commission request. The commission must be paid in full within three weeks after being issued, and the final product will not be provided until the commission is paid in full. If further detail or design work is necessary, additional costs may apply.
You have the choice of placing a Rush Order, however it will cost you +50% the original price. Kindly specify the date.
As already stated earlier, I will not provide refunds
Licensing
The client may utilize the model to market themselves on streaming networks such as YouTube, Twitch, and so on for as long as they see fit. Unless otherwise agreed, commissioned artwork may only be used for streaming purposes.
The client may not use the artwork for profit other than streaming unless the artist agrees accordingly (e.g, shirts, buttons, etc).
Commercial Use
I, the artist, am the exclusive owner of the completed artwork, not the client.
As a result, I am permitted to utilize the copyrighted artwork to:
Advertise myself in another site or online.
Create and distribute books online.
I can put it anywhere I want.
I'm free to post it anywhere I choose.The client has the authority to:
Unless otherwise permitted, use the copyrighted artwork for individual use only.
Print the artwork and claim ownership of their character(s), but not the artwork itself.
Use the artwork to advertise themselves while giving full respect to the artist.If any of these regulations are breached, I will take legal action, and any right you have to the artwork will be revoked.
By making the purchase with me, you accept and adhere to the terms.

Information
I give two expressions of your choice for free!
You will receive a rig-ready PSD file as well as a PNG file with thorough layer separation for optimal rigging and physics :D
Prices are liable to change based on the complexity of the design and the specifications.
Additional expressions begin at $10
Additional outfits for existing models start at $100 or more depending on complexity. After the final price is determined, the commercial fee will be applied (200% the original price)
Hand pose: $30 or more
Additional Fees
Character Design- The character design starts at $150- Until otherwise indicated, the design does not include a reference sheet.- Layout, props design, headshots, and other items may incur additional fees.- Pixels for the canvas will depend on the client, or you can let me pick it for you. My default is 5300x2800!
